Not lame was taking pre-release orders on their webiste for $32 (now out of 
stock),  and Amazon.com was also taking orders for it at $34. Damn shame 
theres no USA release, the Thorns CD would have probably kept it off USA 
shelves for at least a half-year to a couple months.
