just saw brendan benson support the flaming lips ( great & funny show, but quite boring songs, after a while ) & the guy rocks...pitch perfect vocal harmonies ( the guy got an amazing touring band, & the keyboards/tambourine/maracas/back up singer steals the show ) great sound, rocking harder than on record, he looks like the guy next door, just happy to play his music...not much talking, just 25 minutes of show, one song attached to the next one...if he's around your town, chek him out...u'll b delighted...& there's this huge jason falkner's influence all over the place...
