Usually companies (any type of company) will obtain
sync andmaster use licenses to be able to use a song
in their commercial only, and these rights don't give them
the permission to turn around and sell the song in any form.
Mitsubishi doesn't sell CDs with that Bare Naked Ladies
song nor do Coors sells Andrew WK's songs either.
