It is ex-V-Roy Scott Miller, and I assure you that you can expect an even more stellar performance than you were expecting from the Game Theory/Loud Family leader. I'd only warn you off if you dislike alt-country/twangy stuff, and *this* Scott Miller is one of my favorite live performers ever.
Nevertheless, despite Stewart's authoritative pronouncement, Game Theory/Loud Family Scott Miller's "retirement" is becoming more quasi- by the minute, as a look at the news page at http://www.loudfamily.com would confirm:
