I ordered from parasol yesterday and got two
confirmation emails so decided to check that they only
had one order from me.
The guys over there replied within minutes stating
that everything was fine and then wrote me again to
tell me that my order has shipped and that if i have
any questions or queries I should contact them
immediately.
Not very exciting I know... but i thought i'd share my
positive experience with you all anyway! Its not
generally considered as 'news' so you dont often hear
when a company has a satisfied customer!
