Most of the stuff I loved last year wasn't power pop, except for some old
releases I picked up.

The notable exceptions would be the Right to Chews comp and Splitsville's
EP.

Let's see if I can pick just 5:

1. Linus of Hollywood - I Enjoy Being A Boy (In Love With You). Love
the arrangement, but what a great composition!

2. Splitsville - Wish. The most pop of the four new Splitsville power
tracks.

3. Joyride - 1, 2, 3, Red Light.

4. Splitsville - White Dwarf. The most power of the four new
Splitsville pop tracks.

5. The Popdudes - Beautiful Sunday. I've been a sucker for that song
for 30 years . . .
