Like everything played out in the boardrooms of music wonderland, these
people were hoping that the reality of it would just go away. You've gotta
know that there were lawyers standing in the broadcast control booth waiting
to axe anything that could have potentially swayed the public's sympathy.
Like having Bono or Sting get up and mention how much they support Great
White and that club owners are vile.

Remember...there'll be a court case featuring NO impartial jurors because
the entire travesty was played out on CNN. You can't put a trial together
anywhere in the United States where a juror hasn't had some exposure to rock
and roll and/or nightclub life at least once or twice in their adult lives.

Take the trial to Mongolia....it's the only place where the trial isn't
going to be subjective.

Which is why KISS were the first out of the box extolling their love of
cherry bombs...and will continue to use such pyro on, this, their 13th FINAL
tour. [Starting in Australia this weekend]. :-)
