Just a note to congratulate David Bash on his arrival in the world of
government politics!
Canada's socialist policy makers (i.e. The Liberal Party) regularly gives
out grants to the arts. The music related arm of the Dept. of Culture &
Communications is known as FACTOR. In the latest round of grants The
International Pop Overthrow has been recognized as a legitimate means for
non-domestic showcasing by Canadian acts. They are offering up to $4,000 CDN
per act to help send people to any of the three IPO's every year.
We have missed the deadline to qualify for funds to go to IPO Chicago, but
you can be sure that Bullseye will be tapping this pot to get our asses to
Los Angeles this year!
