This same situation happened to me back in 2001 when I ordered the
Soundtrack of Our Lives-Behind the Music with the bonus Begransad Upplaga!
disc. I ordered and had it confirmed but when the order showed up it was the
single disc version. doh!
I immediately contacted Angie Heaton (she always provided excellent personal
service) and she found one remaining disc with the bonus that someone put on
hold and then cancelled for whatever reason.
It may be worthwhile to ask if they can scare one up in that manner.
Otherwise...I do have the bonus cd and will see about getting a copy made
for you. I still do not have a cd burner but I will see what I can do.
