As a longtime customer there who's had nothing but positives - have you
asked them to address the issue? Though they do a lot, and typically error
free - most signs would suggest they're human. If you have talked to them
and they didn't remedy this - then this is useful info. Perhaps you can
elaborate since you've chosen to air your grievance here?

I ordered the new CD from The Go-Betweens, "Bright Yellow, Bright
Orange" from parasol.com, which according to their web site (still
posted as of this morning) contained a bonus CD with four tracks from
the Bright Yellow, Bright Orange and The Friends of Rachel Worth
sessions. Of course, they sent me the disc without the bonus CD. They
lost a long-time customer. Would anybody who has the bonus disc be
willing to make a copy of it for me? I sure I can find something
worthwhile to trade for it (or pay for it). Thanks.
