Amazingly, I know of an example where the CD was taken from the vinyl, and it
still was too slow. TV Smith's Last of the Great Explorers, whose master
tapes were missing, from what he told me. I had to speed up the CD version by
almost 3% in order to match the LP speed. Go figure.
