On Monday, Eric Boehlert from Salon wrote an outstanding piece eviscerating
the Grammies for precisely that reason.
The short form of the argument was that the industry's failure to pay
tribute to the fallen from Rhode Island was testament to how out of touch it
is with concerns of the average music fan.
