I was currently in Minneapolis this week for work, and the club Fine Line had a similar smaller incident.  The opening band used some pyrotechnics in their show, and the smoke damaged the ceiling.  The club is closed for a month for repairs. Luckily, all staff, bands, and audience left calmly and safely.
