Anyone out there planning to go to the 2/28 show at theTattoo (Greenberry
Woods reunion)? I will be visiting relatives in Baltimore on that weekend,
and plan to catch this show. Having never seen G Woods or Splitsville, and
being a big fan of both, I am looking forward to this one. Hopefully I
will meet a few Aud posters there.
Also, any input on the show would be welcome, ie:
- what time do Greenberry Woods come on?
- opening act(s)/other bands playing?
- where is Tattoo?
- how far from the Clarksville MD area (where I am staying)?
- what is the club like?
- cover charge?
and the most important question:
- do i need to worry about trying to buy a ticket in advance, which would be
difficult w me being an out of towner, or is it safe to just plan to pay at
the door?
Dave
(hoping they'll also do some Splitsville)
ps: last time i tried to catch a show out of town was an attempt to see
Splitsville at the Baltimore Oyster Fest shortly after 9/11/01, which I
believe was cancelled for obvious reasons -- or maybe my trip was cancelled?
can't recall... and the time before that was about 3 years ago, planned to
see Jayhawks in a freebie on the beach at Virginia Beach, VA, which ended up
being a rainout - big bummer. let's hope third time's a charm.

Subject: Baltimore shows at The Tattoo
For those in the Baltimore area who haven't heard yet, Andy Bopp (Myracle
Brah / Love Nut) bought a cool little club named Cafe Tattoo and promptly
renamed it The Tattoo. He's starting to book some pretty amazing shows,
check this out...
