sounds good - i'm in. does this mean that, after i've
bought a partnership interest in this cd, that i have
to buy it again when it's released to see any profit?

No, it would be run just like the co-op bakery down the street. I really
don't know the finer details regarding "cooperative business
structure"...but I get that it's a cooperatively owned venture splitting the
profits equally.
