hi list --

A reputable and experienced ebay seller is helping me clear out a room
which was formerly used to store music magazines by listing them for me
on ebay -- some are being auctioned in multi-issue "lots," and others
are being sold individually -- many of them come with CDs and all are
priced to move.   i will post a link at the bottom of this message so
that interested parties can investigate -- if the link breaks up and
can't be followed, just visit the ebay site and click on "search" at the
top of the home page -- doing this will take you to a page where you can
conduct a "search by seller" -- her auctions can be accessed by entering
her user ID:     myhobbyshop

Some of the magazines listed are Amplifier, Audities, The Big Takeover,
Bucketfull Of Brains, Chickfactor, CMJ (with CDs), Dagger, Devil In The
Woods, Dirty Linen, Discoveries, Flipside, Goldmine, Harp, Hot Press,
Ice, Ink Disease, UK Independent Catalogue (great zine!), Losing Today,
Magnet (with CDs), Melody Maker, Mojo (with CDs), NME (New Musical
Express), No Depression, Option, Performing Songwriter, Pop Culture
Press (with CDs), Popsided, Popwatch, Puncture, Q Magazine, Record
Collector, Select (with CD), Shredding Paper, Sing Out!, Skyscraper
(with CD), Stop Smiling, Uncut (with CDs), Venus, and Your Flesh.   in
the weeks and months to follow, we will be adding more of the
aforementioned magazines plus many other titles, so please bookmark her
auctions and check back frequently if you collect this kind of thing.
due to the weight of many of the items and the ever-rising cost of
international (outside-of-the-USA) shipping, we have these auctions set
up to be shipped to US destinations only.

apologies to anyone here who is annoyed by this type of sale
advertisement -- i'm not a cd or magazine dealer so i won't be doing
this all the time -- i'm just a regular guy who bought too much stuff in
the past and i'm currently trying to create some more space at home and
raise a little cash in the process.   i'd like to pass these items on
to someone who appreciates them -- i simply don't have time to read
about music at all anymore, but for people out there who do, these
issues can provide a lot of satisfaction at a reasonable price.

thanks, and take care -- here's that ebay link -- please make sure to
check all of the pages:
