If it'll make you feel any better, I, too, am a member of both BMG and
Columbia House...and I regularly quit and rejoin so that I can score the
free discs at the beginning of my membership. I used to bitch and moan
about how BMG was the crappier of the two clubs, but, then again, BMG has
the Drive-By Truckers in their catalog...and, as a result, I'm finally a
proud owner of "Southern Rock Opera."
