The majors have gone re-issue crazy the past couple years with many classic
rockers getting the repackage treatment. I was at Best Buy yesterday and
almost picked up the new AC/DC reissues - I DONT need them since I bought
the remastered Atlantic versions a couple years ago but I was very tempted.
I think theres a comfort factor in buying hits packages and most of my
30/40 something friends would rather buy something they know instead of
taking a chance with a new artist.

I think everyone is very afraid that we are heading into a full fledged war
with Iraq - gas prices are high, and the CD and Entertainment money is
going right into the gas tank, groceries, paying bills and for safekeeping.
