I know that at Newbury we're progressively stocking more and more vinyl as we
phase out cassettes (all rumors that I've heard suggest that cassettes are
within their last 90 days within our company). Vinyl has really become
popular again, but it's with niche markets--mainly electronic/experimental,
dance, hip-hop, punk, and indie rock. Anything that doesn't fit firmly into
those genres doesn't seem to move, or doesn't get stocked at all--at least
for us. --Jason
