Easy CD Creator has normalization in the "Soundstream" part of the program 
- "Music CD Project" doesn't, which is one of my biggest gripes about the 
program too.

I prefer Nero over Easy CD for making quick Mp3 to audio CD-R's because of 
its normalization and EQ features but those menus past the wizard can be a 
hassle to figure out.
