What happened to them?? - used to love their pizza! They started closing
down stores in the southwest in the late 70's.

A&W is still around - but they got digested into the Yum! Brands empire
(KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers). While the Root Beer is
still good, their food quality has taken a huge dive south. They used to
make HUGE "Papa" burgers, but now their biggest burger is the same size and
quality as a Double Bacon Cheeseburger at Burger King.
