Quisp and Quake were yet another series of successful Quaker Oats products
promoted via clever commercials made by Jay Ward Productions (Rocky &
Bullwinkle, George Of The Jungle, Hoppity Hooper).  Jay Ward also did the
Cap'n Crunch commercials.  And that "beany" Quisp wore?  That was his head!
He has a propeller on top of his head - after all, he's an alien!
