Hi all,  
  This is off topic but may strike some of you as funny. This is regarding
the most bizarre commercial, for my money, that has ever been on TV.  If
you've seen the recent Cottenelle ad you may have had similar questions as
the writer poses.  The only question I had that this article does not ask
is.....

Even if there is such a "target audience" for this product, would these
people even be able watch the ad?  Or would the complexities of having to
determine how to turn on their television prevent such education?
