In a recent post, Bruce Brodeen mentions his high school band, "Buster Heiman 
and the Penetrators." Throughout the rock and roll era, I bet darn near every 
city that has/had any kind of music scene had a band with this name. I think 
ther's still one in Pittsburgh - spelled Hyman here.

Imagine a comp with songs by all these bands...how varied do you think the 
material would be? The Pittsburgh band is bluse-based - what kind of music did 
your band do, Bruce?

who would like to see a comp of 60's garage bands doing slow songs, like the 
Sonics' "Love Lights" and the Fantastic DeeJays' "Shy Girl"...
