The lead singer, Slink Moss, went on to form his own band -- never saw 'em,
never heard 'em. The Farmers were a fun band, though their recorded work
didn't quite capture how swell they were live. Some of their stuff had a
bit of a rockabilly vibe, though it wasn't a major component of their sound.
It's too bad that there wasn't a band called the Cowmen playing in Chicago
at the same time -- they could have been friends...
