Apologies to all those who share my musical tastes for posting to
multiple music lists. Check out our groovy special guests!

----------------------------------

My own little ol' pop combo, The Play Trains, is playing our
nearly-annual show at legendary Maxwell's in Hoboken, NJ on Saturday,
February 22, 2003. Doors open at 9:00. There are no advance tickets --
you just pay the $7 cover at the door. It's a charity gig benefiting the
Michael's Journals Foundation, a mental health advocacy group. (I could
use some of that!) Don't be real late -- it's not a huge place, and
there is a reasonable probability that the show will sell out.

Maxwell's is located at 1039 Washington Street (cor. 11th) in Hoboken.
If you haven't been to Maxwell's, now's the time. It's our favorite
venue.

And here's the exciting part: The mighty SPLITSVILLE is sharing the bill
with us. Their triumphant return to the NYC area, yadda yadda yadda.
They're approximately 17 times better than we are, so come watch us hack
around and then join me in watching Splitsville roundly kick our butts.

A splendid time is guaranteed for all.
