Today's LA Times has a pretty good review of the legal and legislative
battles facing Clear Channel. They include new FCC rulings as well as
Democrat Russ Feingold's bill to restrict monopolistic behavior in the radio
and concert businesses.
You will need to register with the Times (you mean you aren't!) but there is
no fee for accessing current articles. If the link below doesn't take you
there (long ones sometimes fail) just go to latimes.com and travel to the
business section headlines.
