In a message dated 1/31/03 2:55:18 PM Eastern Standard Time, 
       And here I come to whittle away a few more:  I kinda like XTC, but 
never actively seek seek them out (except for "Earn Enough For Us").  
Splitsville was a disappointment to me (tho' I adore "Why It Can't Be," 
that's the only song of theirs that means anything to me). I like Squeeze, 
but "love" seems too strong.
       That leaves The Merrymakers.  I've heard very little of their stuff, 
but do like what I've heard.  
       Any other candidates?
