My vote so far goes to The Rocket Summer - Calendar Days.  Can I back
date it because it was better than anything I heard in 2002!

Yeah, I know it's risky to say something is a top tenner this early in
the year but I'll take that chance. Those who have the disc will
probably know who I'm talking about, but in case you don't it's The JTG
Implosion - All The People Some Of The Time. Not Lame hits back to back
homers with this release on the heels of the new Shazam.
