Sitcom with Andrew Dice Clay. The daughter (about 12 or 13, played by Raegan Kotz) got braces between the pilot and the second episode. During the last episode that aired on CBS, the daughter spent part of the show wearing a headgear (which she notably forgot to remove when her boyfriend showed up at her house).
I know the screenshots are awful. - Mark.
